Donovan Goston

In this role, he offers valuable insight into youth perspectives and supports initiatives that resonate with and effectively reach young people. He provides insight on youth-focused programming, helps shape outreach strategies that resonate with young people, supports peer engagement efforts, and offers feedback on initiatives to ensure they remain relevant and impactful. Donovan also serves his community as a firefighter with the City of Carrollton Fire Department, bringing a strong sense of service, responsibility, and leadership to the mission. Motivated by a desire to honor his brother’s legacy, Donovan contributes passion, relatability, and a commitment to creating safer spaces where youth feel seen, supported, and empowered.
